The design concept for this visual design is centered around the idea of using music and movement to promote social connections and combat loneliness. The interface is intended to create a sense of community and shared experiences for users, while also encouraging physical activity and healthy habits. The color palette is bright and energetic, conveys a sense of vitality and motion. The element of tape represents the idea that people should not be bound by life or fear, but rather should be bold and willing to experience new things.

In this project, I developed a behavior-modifying application centred on both mental and physical well-being. It's a fitness app integrated with social features. My aspiration for this app is to improve user's daily habits and promote a healthier lifestyle.

This report focuses on user research. In the course of this project, I conducted extensive research on comparable products, identifying their strengths and weaknesses. I further delved into understanding user needs and experiences using tools such as Field Diary, Emotion Boards, Storyboards, Journey Maps, and Persona profiles.

The concept of this project is to integrate the beauty and spirituality of nature into the indoor environment to help alleviate stress.

The gently swaying tree shadows, often accompanied by a soft rhythm, align with an individual's visual system and sensory experience, assisting the viewer in achieving a relaxed and natural state. Consequently, we conceptualized a lamp designed to create a dappled tree shadow ambiance in the bedroom, serving as the main theme of our entire project.
