Help users improve their sleep problems by motivating them to go to bed through different modes; allowing them to relieve their anxiety, relax their bodies, fall asleep easily and develop good habits of healthy sleep in the environment with soothing light we set up.

The delivery software on the market has already covered the majority of users, and most of the best-selling products are heavy oil and salt foods. My goal is to provide a platform to motivate users to eat healthily and keep daily records. In the process of research, I came up with an idea: Since food comes from nature, why has most contemporary food lost its natural and original appearance? So, I tried to use as many elements of nature as possible as my main design style to make users feel like they were breathing fresh air in urban life.
