I am a multidisciplinary artist who works in an expanded practice of digital installation. The focus of my practice investigates how the experiences in one’s life can shape identity and inform knowing, and the self-narration strategies people use to understand who they are. As I develop work, I often consider elements of memory, visibility, trauma, and queerness. My Honours Project has primarily explored these themes through use of the 1999 film ‘The Matrix’ as a primary source material, whereby I aim to untangle the experience of trans self-making through reference and recreation.
