For All Generations

The 'Postcode 3000' policy from the 1990s aimed to revitalize Melbourne's Central Business District by transforming underutilized commercial buildings into residential spaces. In line with this vision, the office building at 155-161 Queen Street will be converted into a residential space tailored for multigenerational families—a segment that is often underserved in the current housing market. This redesigned building will offer diverse unit sizes and layouts to cater to varying family needs, with clusters featuring community-oriented shared zones to foster a harmonious and connected living experience.
