Integrating into the existing Building T, which is destined for complete demolition and replacement, this proposal offers an alternative, a reuse of the existing building, to hold a multifunctional reuse centre. Developing an alternative to the Caulfield Campus Masterplan, this proposal will service the students and staff of the campus as well as being extended out to the broader community. This location is ideal for a reuse centre of this size, as it can hold a large volume of storage, connect to the campus through existing pathways and to the larger fabric of the suburb. This centre will also act as a distribution centre, servicing smaller, closely located storage areas throughout campus.
