Monash Art, Design and Architecture Graduate Exhibition 2024

Jodi Liu is an aspiring multidisciplinary artist who focuses on video installations and documentary storytelling. During her undergraduate studies, she primarily concentrated on visual storytelling. Documentaries are particularly compelling to her because they tell real stories, offering a deeper connection to the subjects they explore. She prefers them over commercial movies because they allow her to engage with broader issues meaningfully. Through documentaries and video installations, she strives to bring real stories to the forefront, encouraging viewers to engage with the world around them more thoughtfully and responsibly.

SAEF Pop-up Exhibition- Future onUs

This is a pop up exhibition designed for SAEF

Main highlight: Video Installation Room
The Video Installation Room uses motion tracking projections to create an impactful experience, simulating ice melting under visitors' feet as they move. This interactive effect engages viewers with the reality of climate change and gives them a deep sense of the urgency of protecting Antarctica's fragile ecosystems.
