The Food Diary App project aimed to create an intuitive and engaging platform that allows users to track and manage their food intake seamlessly. The app leverages augmented reality (AR) and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to provide real-time nutritional analysis and personalised dietary recommendations for university students.

In my redesign of the Rainbow Serpent Festival branding, I focused on revitalising its identity by reimagining the logo, imagery, tickets, and posters. The new logo features a snake and integrates symbols like rainbows, musical instruments, and sound waves, using a palette of sharp colours contrasted with black to reflect the festival's vibrant music scene. The redesign enhances the festival’s alternative vibe across all visual materials, and the responsive design for web and mobile ensures that visual elements are optimally displayed on various devices, maintaining aesthetic consistency and improving user experience.

In this redesign of my original food diary app, I focused on enhancing usability and visual clarity to provide a cleaner, more streamlined experience. This version features a refined, straightforward interface that simplifies browsing and selection, making it easier for users to engage with meal tracking and nutritional analysis. The new design adopts a fresh orange palette, boosting energy and warmth while guiding users through each function intuitively. With improved navigation and a minimalist aesthetic, this app is crafted for easy, efficient meal logging and habit tracking, tailored for university students looking for a seamless experience.

A sense of place - Film making and editing.

Destinations Unveiled is a video project capturing the essence of a unique location in Melbourne through a series of close-up and medium shots. Each frame focuses on the details, textures, and ambience of the environment, allowing viewers to feel immersed in the place's atmosphere. By spotlighting these intimate perspectives, the video invites audiences to experience the character and sensory feel of the destination, unveiling its spirit in a vivid and tangible way.

In this project, I aimed to explore a different design style, embracing Neo-Brutalism to create a distinctive personal dashboard with both light and dark modes. This approach allowed me to blend a bold aesthetic with functional clarity, creating a streamlined interface that presents essential daily information in a unique, engaging way. As I experiment with diverse UI styles, I’m focused on crafting interfaces that are both visually striking and intuitively organised, supporting productivity and balance in everyday routines.

The app is designed to transform the travel experience, making it more enjoyable, efficient, and tailored to individual preferences, all within a cohesive platform.
