Erin is a Paediatric Emergency Physician and the Clinical Advisor for Quality and Safety at Monash Health. She is also the clinical lead for the Safer Care for Kids Program at Safer Care Victoria. She is interested in safety culture, human factors, and designing systems to better incorporate the voice of the patient and family into clinical decision making.
