Frequently Asked Questions
How do I register for breakout sessions?
Session 4 is a breakout session where attendees can choose from four different topic areas. Each topic will run concurrently, so you can attend one session only.
You can choose one from the following:
- Session 4A: The Women’s Metabolic Health Revolution
- Session 4B: Reproductive and Sexual Health Across the Life Course
- Session 4C: Peri What? Brain, Body and the Midlife Transition
- Session 4D: Early Life, Neurodevelopment and Child Health Equity
Do I need to select a Session 4 topic before registering?
Yes. We recommend reviewing the session topics in advance so you can select your preferred option during registration.
Can I attend more than one Session 4 breakout?
No. All Session 4 breakouts run at the same time, so you can only attend one.
Is it mandatory to select a Session 4 option?
Yes. You must select one (1) Session 4 topic as part of your registration.
Why do I have to choose in advance?
Summit ticket packages have been pre-set based on venue capacity. This ensures all attendees are evenly distributed across sessions and that each room operates safely within its limits.
Can I change my Session 4 selection later?
Changes may be possible depending on availability. However, sessions may reach capacity, so we recommend selecting carefully at the time of booking.
What happens if my preferred session is full?
If a session reaches capacity, it will no longer be available for selection. You will need to choose from the remaining options.
Will I receive a calendar invitation?
