Stuart Ringholt in conversation with Charlotte Day

Wednesday 9 April 2014, 12.30–1.30pm
G1.04 Lecture Theatre

Stuart Ringholt is one of Australia’s most fearless contemporary artists. His practice has involved leading audiences in naturist gallery tours, anger workshops, and performances that place the artist in embarrassing situations. Here Ringholt will discuss with MUMA Director, Charlotte Day, the two major new commissions for his exhibition Kraft – a monumentally scaled and temporally askew clock and Club Purple, a nude daytime disco – in the context of his expansive practice.
