Embedding Responsible AI Software Engineering Practices in Enterprise IT Service Management

Project Description

The aim is to make Responsible AI standards an integral part of IT Service Management practices in an Enterprise environment.  The project will develop methodologies, operating procedures, templates and open-source software tools that reduce the cost and effort in applying Responsible AI practices to the lifecycle management of AI-enabled software assets.  The products of the project will be applied in Transurban to deliver innovative tolling and transport solutions that connect cities and their communities in a safe, inclusive, and sustainable way.

Project Requirements and Goals

  • Royalty-free (Creative Commons, Apache Licence) commercial application for Transurban
  • MLOps, cloud-based infrastructure (Amazon Web Services), Python
  • Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM
