Andrew Mitchell

Andrew and his wife both loved travelling, and each year they found themselves on big overseas trips. They then decided it would be more economical to do this from London, so they left their much-loved jobs in Melbourne and prepared for a new challenge.
Andrew leveraged contacts they had back home to get in touch with people over in London. He also paid for LinkedIn Premium so he could reach out to second-degree contacts or key people at companies he was interested in working at. “This approach is a bit hit and miss – we didn’t hear back from many of them – but we had some great meetings come out of it.” Andrew secured a job as senior brand manager at TalkTalk. Since returning to Australia, he works as brand and marketing director at Fonda.
Andrew completed a Bachelor of Commerce, Marketing and Management at Monash.
