In consideration of the space and urban environment, the train station has been set above the original building. When people take the train past the station, they can clearly see the structure of the crane, and cars can access the first floor by driving up the driveways. The elevators provide access to the station at both ground and second level. It is a semi open area of space. The Cube Hotel with pore structure joins to the flowing glass roof of the plaza, and the cube is set into the water, and a waterfall runs across it from top to bottom. Plants and trees enter into the plaza, and people can walk above the roof shed, showing how the space is flexible.

North Wharf Station

I tested the terrain and found that the two sides of South Wharf could not be fully developed due to the division of the river. The site I originally wanted to build on had also not been properly built due to poor traffic. The surrounding facilities and equipment are predominately casinos and other commercial places.

I think it would be a good decision to build a railway station which can link South to Fishermans Bend and Spirit Station Pier, and North to the Southern Cross Station.

Parts of the factory structure, such as the roof, wall and columns, are to be preserved. The apartments and large plazas will then be built on top of this.

On the ground floor are two train platforms, a convenience store and an open plaza.

The second floor of the building had a direct-access driveway, which was connected to the adjacent highway, and the other side of the driveway was connected to the adjacent parking building. The transportation is convenient.

On the third floor are two train platforms, a convenience store and a private elevator leading up to the International Hotel.
