The project will attract and bring people together in an encouraging way to promote continued local development and provide space for accommodating growth because its audiences are residents of all local communities and people who are outsiders engaged in any economic activity. I redefine the workplace of the future, including many different programs in the project, aiming to integrate the needs of different individuals, create a node that provides commercial and living facilities.

The whole project is a huge comprehensive building covering an area of more than 7500 square meters.
In the spirit of reconciliation Monash University acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
