Allowing residential and mixed use developments to be adapted to their evolving need over time
Urban Proposition
Questioning current material practice through the supply chain and the available material in the localities. This sees the development of a timber oriented system that is celebrated through the structures
Façade Identity
The design exploring both material innovation through a timber cross bracing as well as an operable double skin façade allowing for the internal and external of the project to be intertwined within the winter gardens.
Construction Sequence
Exploring methods of altering the sequence of construction through the modularised system allowing a structure that can continue to grow and adapt over time to its evolving needs
Transport Infrastructure
Allowing the existing infrastructure of the Dandenong Train Station location to be maintained with the reflection of the overall design system to be replicated and celebrated for the larger precint
