Hi! Youth-Design Research Kit

The topic i choose is about teenager’s mental health, and there is my design research kit. For this DRK, I named it as “Hi! Youth” and I prepare one postcard and three tasks for the audience. The postcard is a kind of welcome card, and it shows some rules of this DRK. For the three tasks, the first one is using lines to draw for answering, the second one is using stickers to answer and the last one is answered by dividing the circle. I hope can know more about teenagers through these tasks.

Hi! Youth-primary outcome

The idea of my work-primary outcome is to raise awareness that focusing on youth mental health that everyone should be aware of and concerned about. I want to create promotional posters to be placed in high traffic areas, such as subway stations, bus stops, large electronic screens in plazas, and outdoor walls. On the poster there will be a link to a website with information about teenager’s mental health, like problems, causes and some solutions can be important.

Hi! Youth-supporting outcome#1

For this supporting outcome, I create a website about adolescent mental health issues, which contains three areas-common problems, causes and solutions. This will help increasing people better understand and focus on adolescent mental health.

Hi! Youth-supporting outcome#2

For this supporting outcome, I make a canvas bag, and I followed some of the content of my DRK in the design of the canvas bag. On both sides of the bag, I wrote a lot of words about personality. I hope this will attract people's attention to better understand and focus on youth mental health.
