Stretch is a system designed to help office workers prevent sedentary back pain. Most office workers are plagued by back pain in their lives. Back pain caused by sedentary work can manifest itself at the end of the workday. It uses data analysis of workers' working hours to urge users to use stretching bars for exercise. Users use the stretch bar in a sitting position to prevent back pain caused by sedentary users. The application recommends additional movements to improve back muscle stretching based on the number of times the stretching bar is recorded.

"Stretch"-Stretch Bar

The purpose of this program is to prevent back pain caused by long hours of sedentary work. This provides a systematic way to prevent back pain.

"Stretch"-Application

The Stretch app provides the right workout for a worker's break by collecting the amount of time the worker sits at work versus the number of times the stretch bar is used while working. Different people in the stretch community can share data with each other, urging users to use the stretcher bars more often.

"Stretch"-In Use(Timing Mode)

Stretcher bar will vibrate on the hour to remind workers and prompt users to use the bar for short stretches to relieve back stress.

"Stretch"-In Use(Stretch Mode)

Stretch bar can be stretched in different ways for workers to use. Sedentary workers can stretch for a short period of time.

"Stretch"-Part Details

The stretch bar has an embedded physical button on the top and an LCD display on the side to show the time of use and the strength of the stretch.
