Throughout my professional journey, every decision I have made has been towards building a career in design. For me, the most enjoyable aspect of any job is identifying and fulfilling a need with a creative solution. My curiosity about this relationship between creativity and problem-solving motivated me to pursue a Master's in Interaction Design.

I'm a designer and a researcher. My research supports my design and provides a creative and functional solution. Everything I have learned and accomplished has made me better at design, and I am still learning - I can't wait to see what I do next!

Green Triangle: Effortless Onboarding Experience Design

The challenge was to create a high-fidelity prototype for Green Triangle, a globally established pest termination company. The requirement was an easy-to-navigate and effortless onboarding experience for new users.
The onboarding and sign-in process designed and implemented focused on allowing the customer to access the application with the ease and familiarity they already possess.

FallGuy: Fun and Intuitive Game Design

The challenge was to design and prototype a fun and engaging game primarily utilizing the sensors in a phone. FallGuy is a motion sensor game where the player has to safely land a character on the ground.
The player must tilt his phone to avoid flying birds and collect coins to play the game. To add a little narrative to the user experience, the player has to scream to open the parachute and start the game!
Figma and protopie were used to create a realistic gaming experience.

Priy Saheli: Community-Based App Design

The challenge was to create greater Gender Inclusivity while designing Menstrual Health apps through responsible Collaboration. This project required comprehensive research to create an appropriate design solution.
Diverse research methods were utilized to accumulate as much information for research and analysis. The design concept tackles two significant shortcomings of Menstrual Health Apps: the need for more inclusion of women with different menstrual journeys and the lack of science-backed research. The proposed solutions were a "Community Page/Forum" within the trusted app wherein users can post questions and get answers from trusted sources and "quick and easy access to a doctor".

Goodreads: App UI Redesign

The challenge was to redesign an existing app with a different design style. Goodreads app is one of my most used apps for searching for new and exciting books; however, every time I opened the app, the UI and the UX annoyed me. So I decided to revamp the UI in this project.
I used a fun 3D Icons and Illustrations theme with a clean UI look to combine the app's seriousness with the books' creativity. The UI has a 3D character performing different gestures throughout the screens, tying the app together to maintain continuity.
The goal was to make the app a little more colourful and fun.

Robotify: User Experience Research and Interface Design

The challenge was to conduct user research and develop an appropriate design concept based on the brief given by Emerging Technology Labs. The brief was to develop a system to collect information about robots in everyday life and to gather the general public's feelings about their observations of these robots.
A team of three worked to create high-fidelity working prototypes for Web Based Mobile application for user's to record their observations. The team also developed a Desktop Based Dashboard for the researchers to view and analyze the data.

'Robotify: Web Based Mobile Application Demo'

"Figma and protopie were used to create an engaging and interactive experience for the mobile application. Based on client requirements, the mobile app was designed to collect as many text-based responses from the users as possible.

Going through the app, the user is immersed in the app in different ways to keep the user motivated to share information."
