Michael Chow

I'm driven by a great interest in Art and Technology (Computer Science and programming). A combination of both efforts has led to building an art game with emphasis of exploring the technical side of graphics programming. Everything is from scratch - linked to no external libraries; everything is software rendered. It is trying to understand the interactions of human-centred computing that fascinating; the real difficulty of making unassumingly trivial program in general.

Hydrant-Hued

It is hacking core computation logic to fit into an assumed human logic: a logical loop with a concept of time/physics to something fixed, dividing the environment into tiles etc. Everything is presented as neatly as possible with simple graphical elements to expose the underlying truths of systems; exploring their consequences in math-like ways. Often in programming, there's an expectation of how something should work that is seemingly impossible to implement, something as simple as inserting elements in a list. Dimensions: 28.575 cm x 19.05 cm, written in C/C-style C++ (C++17). Medium: Emacs debugged with RemedyBG.
