Spaces are carefully design to encourage communal interaction that help foster a sense of belonging and reduce feeling of isolation.
Floor Plan
The project heavily prioritize elderly wellbeing, while also actively promote autonomy and maintaining their dignity. When over provision of care tend to be more damaging than under provision, independent living through invisible scaffolding are designed to prevent injury and help individual remain a boss of their own life.

Spatial arrangement of left over spaces mediate between constant flux of public encounter and private house.
Design of Apartment
Flexible floorplans that adapted to individual needs. Large windows provide generous natural lighting, and create a fluid transition between outdoor and indoor.
