Monash Art, Design and Architecture Graduate Exhibition 2023

An aspiring designer, committed to shaping the world we live in through innovative architecture. I aim to embark on a career that thrives on fresh ideas and to create spaces that inspire and endure, whilst fuelling my profound desire to positively impact our worlds built environment and leave it better than we found it.

My educational journey at Monash has taken me worldwide. Shown below are selected works from my final Studio, Industrial (R)Evolution, completed in Prato, Italy. My proposal focuses on utilising would-be waste material (fabric roll cardboard tubes) and repurposing it to enclose a composting toilet facility, public recreational seating and a modular cafe for future re-use.

Rendered Section AA

Depiction of the composting toilet functionality within the proposed renewal project on site. Shown to the far left of the intervention is the regenerative garden that utilises the compost generated as fertiliser for the plants grown within the otherwise-discarded fabric roll cardboard tubes.

Section BB

From Left to Right - depiction of the integrated pedestrian bike stand, public seating and modular cafe. Aims to highlight the key programs and activities encompassed within this public intervention and the repeated use of cardboard tubes and fabric sheets to subdivide programmatic spaces.

Rendered Section CC

Depiction of the internal activities within the proposed public facilities. From Left to Right - modular cafe and meal preparation space, public recreational space, composting toilet public facility and integrated bike stands.
