Harmony Works is situated in Clifton Hill on a post-industrial site, and former Shot Tower which is a landmark of the suburb reflecting its industrial and colonial history. The project site is currently semi-abandoned, under-and-missed-used. Despite the obvious past use of the site, surprising enough, the site is zoned General Residential Zone - which we found peculiar, but also gave us some hints to how we might approach its reinvigoration.
