Hi, I'm Adrienne Aw! I really enjoy doing illustrations as it has always been my strong focus and passion in Design. I love it because it allows you to create stories and meaning behind your art. I always loved drawing from my imagination. I mostly like drawing landscapes and people ranging from line artwork to digital painting, I have a distinct illustration style that I am most drawn to which is detailed, sketchy, and comic style. I also love designing my own characters and places and making them come alive through animation.

MindArt Campaign Poster

My campaign 'MindArt' is centered on encouraging and inspiring people to explore the world of art as a means of relaxation, self-discovery, and improving their emotional
and mental well-being. By tapping into their creative sides, individuals can find a healthy and enjoyable way to cope with their emotions and express themselves more fully. Talking about your internal struggles and managing them can be difficult at times so why not draw it out and express it through art? I wanted to create something that would allow people to share their art and to express themselves freely.

MindArt poster series

This is a series of posters to promote the MindArt campaign in public space. The posters feature a different illustration to match the accompanying MindArt slogans. The visual aesthetic is vibrant and colourful that is matched with a black and white illustration which creates a contrast that makes the poster stand out.

Creative art kit- Activity sheets

The campaign delivered an art kit that consisted of a series of art tasks that aid in creative expression, stickers and a tote bag used as packaging for the kit. The tote bag is convenient as you can carry it anywhere and do the art kit tasks.

MindArt cmpaign- Public wall and poster art

Public wall art and posters for people to draw, paint, doodle on, etc. encouraging individuals to express themselves freely.

MindArt- Design research kit

Before the capaign, I had to create a research kit to gather research for my campaign. Participants were given these kits that consisted of a series of questions and tasks to seek the understanding of participants' emotions and stresses and the art they create. The intention of the research kit was to learn about the effects of using art to express themselves and to understand their mind what goes through their mind when they are using creative expression to manage stress.
