Hello! I’m Thomas Robertson, an Australian communication design major and graphic designer based in Melbourne. I have gained experience in a wide range of designing aspect including: graphic design, identity and branding creation, 3d modelling and rendering, web and mobile interface and ux design, packaging design, motion graphics, illustration and photography. I enjoy working on projects that allow my creativity to flourish whilst thinking logically to deliver unique and useful design solutions.
Gentle Man Campaign
The creation of a campaign that aims to increase awareness of the issues surrounding mens mental health and attempts to encourage men to speak up about their emotions and feelings. A series of posters directly addressing the audience is the primary outcome with a collection of supporting outcomes including a website, clothing designs and a sticker.

Tasked with creation a set of instructions on how to complete a chosen task I opted for an illustrated instruction guide on how to change a car wheel.

A vinyl record sleeve design for Jon Hopkins ‘Emerald Rush’. We were tasked with pairing a relationship between sound and type and experimenting with the creation of a design that emulates the song.

Atmosphere
We were tasked with creating a 3 dimensional object that could be translated to a photo sequence of between 8-12 photos that demonstrate a sense of atmosphere. I created a model maze, and using lighting and smoke i created a journey of entering, navigating and exiting a maze.
