Tiana Schurmann

Hi, I’m Tiana! I am a communication designer with a keen interest in identity and brand design, as well as photography and videography. In my practice I focus on the emotions of those around me, as well as the emotions that come from my own lived experiences. ‘You Are Here’ is a movement created based on my time travelling and the difficulty of navigating new places, whilst also trying to remember to stop and take in the experience and incredible moments in time. ‘You Are Here’ therefore asks individuals to feel present in their daily lives. The movement is spread through public initiative, using the practice of sticker bombing to be seen and heard around the world.
