Each poster corresponds to a mouth, ears and hands, representing expression, listening and giving/sharing, respectively. The slogan on the poster also matches the illustration.
About the choice of color. I chose to use the brightest colors as the background and draw the illustrations with their contrasting colors, so that the content on the poster is more obvious, and the whole picture can catch the eye of the public and be seen by everyone to the greatest extent.
