I‘m TC, a spatial designer. Spatial design is a highly creative field that allows me to translate my ideas and creativity into practice. Through design, I can express my thoughts and transform my concepts into reality. my research focuses on the increasing threat to human existence posed by the deterioration of the earth's environment resulting in increased air pollution and rising global temperatures. My design concept is how to help people maintain a normal lifestyle in the face of environmental challenges and raise awareness of the importance of environmental protection.

CLOUDSCAPES

In the future, escalating air pollution world wide had caused a significant rise in global temperatures. The sweltering outdoor conditions resulted in an increase in both physical and mental health issues, making people less fond of the sun.

The goal is to construct giant“air purifiers”between cities, serving the dual purpose of blocking sunlight and purifying the air.The design aims to create a livable living environment for urban residents. It proposed to build giant“air purifiers”in various inhabited places in the city. These buildings are like huge sun umbrellas to block sunlight from the city and purify the air with hanging green plants.

Eye Level View

This picture shows “Cloudscapes” covering the top of tall buildings, aiming to cast shadows over the city to reduce the high temperatures brought by the sun.

Elevation

This picture showcases the appearance of 'Cloudscapes' in the city, covering large areas of the city and connecting platform to platform.

Eye Level View

This picture demonstrates the human perspective, where people standing below can enjoy the shade provided by 'Cloudscapes' and also experience the fresh air brought by the plants.

Visual Communication

This picture displays the greenery on the platforms and the connections between them, allowing native animals to move between them. The extensive vegetation provides a great habitat for these native animals.

Visual Communication

Lakes and trees preserving biodiversity. Research has shown that the temperature drops by 0.6 degrees Celsius for every 100 meters of elevation. Therefore, the platform is cooler and the air is better, making it a preferred spot for people to relax during their leisure time.
