As a problem-solver, I'm an Interaction Designer who loves to create meaningful and impactful solutions to elevate user experiences.

Outstanding Project: Interaction Design

Saudade

Living far from those closest to you can bring feelings of loss, longing, and nostalgia. Brazilians have a word for this feeling. Saudade. It’s more than homesickness could describe. We want to reach out to stay in touch with people we consider important. But even with today's technology. Something more tangible.

We approached this project with the idea of providing a way to help extend our reach beyond our screens and into the physical world. Saudade is a lamp to help us stay connected with our people. The object is connected through an app where you can send messages to someone, and they will receive a notification that will change the lamp colour, and it will show them your message.

Re-Desing Meditate App

A new style for an application that helps you with your bad habits.

The Re-Design of Meditate application is entirely different from the original design. The app’s functionality remains the same; however, the new version of Meditate has a Minimalist style and geometric shapes, lines and rectangular, to give a sense of proportion.

"Be Conscious"

Through a deep research of the environmental impacts caused by the fashion industry. It was unquestionable the severity of it and the consumers are not aware of the real impact of this industry and what their consumer behaviour could result to our planet.

In response, I applied the idea of Critical Design to design a mini collection of hoodies printed with impactful images and data on the environmental impacts caused by the fashion industry to not only spread this data to our society but most importantly to promote an auto analysis of our consumer behaviour and the relevance of a Socially Responsible Design.

"Our Body! Thought Picassos’ Eye"

The visitor-centred museum: "Our Body! Thought Picassos’ Eye" will present a new point of view on our bodies. Now it is time to focus on art and admire the different interpretations of what we can look like through an artist’s eye.

An intervention of the "Untitled" by Sol LeWitt for Blind/Low Vision visitors

The intervention of the “Untitled” by Sol LeWitt aims to promote accessibility and diversity for Blind and Low Vision (BLV) visitors at museums and art galleries. The intervention focuses on creating an inclusive experience for these visitors through a multisensory experience where they can interpret this selected artwork.

As a designer of this design intervention, I want them to not only enjoy their time at the museum truly but can be part of this multisensory experience where they can feel connected with art. In addition, to ensure that could be an example of how museums and art galleries should be inclusive for all visitors.
