My practice relies heavily on the materials I employ. This series is informed by the use of watercolour paints and my own internal struggles with managing my anxieties and paranoia. In a way the watercolour reflects these struggles, it is an unpredictable medium that is difficult to contain. Instead of fighting against the watercolour, I have learned to go with the flow.
