Restoration and Maintenance of Existing Facade

The facade was the only piece of construction left on the site when I chose it for my project. It was the catalyst that sparked an underground construction that would by default transform the facade into nothing more than a fence into the native garden and the listening bar below ground.

The section depicts the entirety of the site including the underground listening bar, the native garden above and the existing facade that safeguards the entrance to the site.

This diagram shows how occupants traverse the site.

The Listening Booth'

Here is an example of one of the seating booths within the listening bar. These booths are specifically located throughout the bar dependent on there size. The larger they are, the further proximity they are placed from the sound source. This placement allows for larger groups of people to converse more easily and for smaller groups to focus more on the music.
