View from the Urban Oasis
The facade of this 108-apartment building is full of contrasts between the solar panels and the white standing seam cladding. a pop of green from the window frames brings it all together. The ground floor is full of activity, both in day and in night.
Way to Your Home
The South facing corridors to each apartment offer views to the creek and the city beyond, and feature areas in which residents can interact and hang out.
Green Balcony
The balconies of each apartment, both east and north facing, feature a private garden in which residents can grow their own plants, herbs, greens and vegetables.
