This project aims to utilize fabric structures or more environmentally friendly materials to reduce CO2 emissions from concrete, fundamentally improving environmental impact. The architectural design starts with a grid system, and after experimenting with various unit sizes, a 5x6m grid has proven most suitable for the site, minimizing wasted space and awkward forms. The units maintain uniform length to facilitate better integration within the building and effectively promote high-density development. The concept of a community offering transforms the ground floor into a fully public space, providing diverse services to residents and neighbors.
