I’m Vrinda Agarwala, an Industrial Design graduate with a strong interest in packaging, marketing, and empathy driven product design. I’m inspired by travel, curiosity, and a deep connection with animals, which often shape how I see and design for the world. My work balances function with feeling, focusing on how design can quietly improve daily experiences. I’m particularly drawn to everyday products where small decisions can shape powerful human responses. At the heart of my process is empathy - understanding people not just as users, but as individuals with stories worth designing for.

Pawxi

The Reason

Veterinary monitoring remains prone to human error and limited communication. 1 in 4 dogs recover from anaesthesia with low oxygen levels, 74% of professionals have experienced an error or adverse event, and 22% of staff monitoring lack formal training. Most importantly, there are zero feedback systems for pet owners post-surgery - a critical gap Pawxi addresses by creating an informed, connected care ecosystem.

The experience and Vision

By easing in-clinic monitoring demands, Pawxi supports more efficient workflows and frees up recovery spaces. At home, it empowers owners with clarity and confidence, creating a calm recovery environment for dogs. Looking ahead, Pawxi envisions an integrated network of veterinary data. A scalable, intelligent system designed to evolve with technology, insight, and compassion.

Feedback Ecosystem

Pawxi builds transparency between clinics and homes. Real-time data from the device flows into the app, enabling vets to track recovery patterns while owners receive clear, reassuring feedback. This closed-loop system transforms monitoring from a clinical necessity into a shared act of care - improving trust, safety, and recovery outcomes.
