Hi! I'm Junheng. As an industrial designer, I am driven by a passion for creation and exploration, aiming to connect people with well-designed objects and experiences. At the heart of my process is a deep understanding of user needs to deliver human-centered design. EDUVENTURE is a hands-on learning system that makes core physics concepts tangible. Its foundation is a set of universally connecting, jigsaw-puzzle-like bricks, allowing students to freely build stable and complex structures.

EDUVENTURE—Physics Exploration System

In junior high and high school physics, students must not only memorize formulas but also grasp conceptual principles. However, many concepts are abstract and lack practical context for comprehension. Therefore, a teaching prop is proposed to assist both students and teachers in the learning process.

Model applications

The use scenario of this project will be in the classroom. The teacher will use this set to build a model according to the content of the class for demonstration or as a prop for students to practice freely construct

How does it work?

Here is the model I built in advance, and the blocks are connected through dovetail joints and support unlimited expansion. The whole process allows students to build in their own way. But in order to help people quickly get started, I do explain how to start, what these blocks do, and some simple rules on my website. You can find my website further up on this page!

Blocks!

There are seven different blocks! Build your own model by trying out different combinations! This set also has strong expandability. this set only covers the physics course part of kinetic energy and potential energy. But more blocks will be added in the future, such as pulley systems or electricity and magnetism.
