Floating Topography turns the waterline into a modular public ground where play becomes adaptation. Hexagonal platforms—waterproof timber over recycled-plastic floats—anchor lightly to the seabed and reconfigure with the seasons. Instead of playground equipment, paths, views and shared decks create gentle competitions and social encounters. Programs include a floating café, open gallery, yoga pod and water steps. The structure “breathes” with the tide—everyday life between architecture and the sea.
