Monash Art, Design and Architecture Graduate Exhibition 2025

As a UI/UX designer with a background in interaction and digital design, I explore how technology and empathy can shape meaningful experiences. My work bridges creativity and functionality—crafting human-centered interfaces that simplify complexity and enhance connection. I’m passionate about creating systems that empower users, combining clarity, inclusivity, and visual elegance to turn everyday interactions into intuitive and memorable journeys.

Reimagining MADA Now

Reimagining MADA Now is a capstone project that envisions a simplified, student-first submission platform for Monash Art, Design and Architecture. Designed to enhance transparency and reduce administrative load, M-Hub provides a modular system where students can submit, refine, and present their work through guided stages. With built-in AI features for metadata tagging, image resolution checks, and writing assistance, it balances creativity and structure—helping students focus on storytelling while ensuring staff receive clear, consistent submissions. The visual identity reflects its guiding principle of Simplicity, merging functionality with a clean, confident interface.

Moho: Modern History and Art Museum App

Moho is a luxury-inspired mobile experience designed to reimagine how young audiences engage with art and history. The app curates five iconic artists and ten key artworks each, combining immersive storytelling with modern interaction design. Users can explore artist biographies, view high-quality digital galleries, and order personalised framed prints or gifts directly from the app. With its clean interface, balanced typography, and soft monochrome aesthetic, Moho bridges heritage and technology, transforming the museum experience into an elegant, accessible, and contemporary digital journey.

UI Design: A Bundle of Apps

UI Design: A Bundle of Apps explores cohesive visual systems through a collection of minimalist mobile applications built around daily use, weather, timer, and habit tracking. Each interface follows a refined, modern aesthetic guided by balance, colour harmony, and spatial rhythm. The project emphasises clarity and emotional calm, using warm tones, soft typography, and grid-based composition to create visually unified yet distinct micro-experiences. Together, these apps celebrate simplicity and usability, showcasing how thoughtful UI design can transform routine interactions into delightful, elegant moments.

TaskZen: Task Management App

TaskZen is a productivity app designed to help users balance efficiency with mindfulness. It integrates calm, minimal UI aesthetics with powerful functionality to simplify task planning, tracking, and prioritisation. Inspired by the principles of focus and mental clarity, the app encourages users to “master their tasks, master their time.” Through features like intuitive scheduling, reminders, and progress visualisation, TaskZen transforms productivity into a mindful daily habit. The visual language anchored in warm neutrals, clean geometry, and subtle gradients reflects harmony between action and calm, making it both practical and emotionally centred.

Sync: Collaborative Productivity Platform

Sync is a digital workspace that helps creative professionals and teams organise their ideas, streamline collaboration, and enhance productivity. Built around the principle that “creative work is better with sync,” the platform merges task management, idea tracking, and real-time communication in a single, intuitive interface. Its design promotes both structure and freedom balancing efficiency with the spontaneity of creative flow. With a minimalist dark aesthetic, clean iconography, and dynamic layouts, Sync simplifies project coordination without sacrificing creativity, empowering users to organise, connect, and thrive in their collaborative processes.

YouTube: UI Analysis Report

This project presents an in-depth UI analysis of YouTube’s evolving interface, focusing on design systems, user flow, and engagement strategies. The study examines how layout, color hierarchy, and interaction cues shape user attention and influence content discovery. Using principles of usability and visual communication, the report highlights YouTube’s strengths in accessibility and cross-platform coherence while identifying opportunities for refinement in navigation and feedback loops. The outcome demonstrates a structured design-thinking approach—bridging research, critique, and visual reasoning to understand how global platforms design for scale and experience.
