A Gathering Around the Korsi is an installation combining the korsi structure, ceramic tiles, Sofre-Ghalamkar textiles, and tar audio works to create a living space for reflection and dialogue. Rooted in Persian and familial traditions, the korsi embodies warmth, storytelling, and community. Participants are invited to sit, handle inscribed ceramic tiles, and engage in conversation as a form of shared creation. Through these exchanges, the work reimagines artmaking as a collective process — one shaped by empathy, listening, and connection.
