The following are images of a project I undertook during my final year of bachelors at Monash University. This proposal explores the reactivation of vacant commercial floor levels within the CBD, and explores the way architecture can positively influence the interactions of people within a space.

This main render depicts the overall form of the project, also showcasing the extensive balcony and courtyard spaces. This saw the exploration of open inhabitable spaces which facilitated open air circulation from the internal and external environment.
