Exterior view of a medium rise apartment block centrally located within the Oakleigh central business district. With construction waste inefficiencies and sustainability as the primary focus, the building has been designed using a timber plastic composite panel system for the non-load bearing walls and the prefabricated concrete modular system for the main structure.

Interior view of an apartment, designed with sustainability as the primary focus. A timber plastic composite panel system is used for the walls, windows and balustrades, and a prefabricated concrete modular system with recycled aggregates is used for the structural columns and floor slabs. Internal walls are lined with a recycled paper board.
Building F, Level 3
Using the components from Jean Prove’s Maison Tropicale and other historical modular systems, an interior fit out of a campus building, which is able to function both as an exhibition space and a series of defined studio spaces. Presented in the style of Ludwig Hilberseimer’s High Rise City, 1924.
