The Sundown Boulevard is the new pedestrian creative precinct at the heart of Caulfield Station, connecting Sir John Monash Dr to Normanby Rd. The project looks at transforming the site into a more pedestrian friendly area by working with the existing rising topography to create a boulevard, a new Caulfield plaza and a Sundown footbridge to enhance walkers’ experience travelling from North to South. The new precinct aims at creating a vibrant, relaxing and interacting outdoor public space for everyone, by consolidating the existing contours of the site and building around the heritage protected trees of the area.
