Located on the street corner of Baron street and Wattle Street, the Box Hill North newest housing project creatively integrates open, communal age care living facility into a dense urban development. Our project seeks to prioritized the user need and incorporated it as a criteria to facilitate the spatial functions and design decision. Our proposal challenges the usual suburban townhouse model and demonstrate that higher density and contemporary living may be achieved without compromising the current neighborhood character.
Box Hill village house 3 aims to create a safe and secure environment for elders with dementia.
