Suffering in silence explores how the chronically ill female body informs and guides interior architectural discourse and design to revisualise the built environment in Australia through new knowledge and understanding about endometriosis and adenomyosis. The proposed Gynaecological Health Centre and Mobile Health Clinic for women is located at Mildura Base Public Hospital in Victoria, Australia and adopts a holistic and multidisciplinary approach to the treatment of the silent epidemic.
