Using the concept of prospect refuge as a guide to developing the Apollo Bay project the question explored with this project is 'How can building design emulate or portray home? Especially without personal items, people and memories?'
Although the design takes advantage of the landscape and the views, the home will leave minimal impact on the landscape its built upon whilst providing an unrivalled beautiful connection between indoors and outdoors for anyone fortunate enough to call this home.
