Organizations must reimagine their jobs and the office's role to create safe, productive, and enjoyable work and employee lives. The essential factor in determining the look of an office is the way employees work. According to the data, the company adopted the work-from-home mode during the outbreak and achieved unexpected results. But it reduces face-to-face communication between employees. The future of workspace will be in two places - Office and Home Office.
Future Office
The concept of my project is to design the workplace for the client to keep them healthy physically and mentally. The goal of the office is to ensure the health and safety of employees. I will make a comfortable and relaxing environment for them. Also, the aim of the home office is to make a quiet workspace that combines life and work together, But do not disturb each other. Also, because people stay at home for a long time, they lack the physical exercise they should do every day.
