As a multi-disciplinary designer, I specialise in branding, typography, and publication design. My design aesthetic approach is minimal and clean visuals, and there are often explorations with typography and negative space and balancing visual elements with elegance. However at times I like to challenge the relationships between traditional and modern design approaches and techniques, and aim to create a bridge between these elements.

Wellways

As a promotional strategy for the non-for-profit organisation Wellways, displayed are wellness boxes that will be introduced as a monthly subscription service for those struggling with mental health related issues. Each box contains items that encourage positive mental wellbeing, with all visual elements extracted from a newly designed brand identity.

Wellways

Represented through the blue sector of the Wellways organisation, these specially curated boxes target specific mental health issues and provide clients with accurate support and knowledge.

Wellways

The volunteer sector of the Wellways organisation, represented by the colour orange, includes a support system of peers, professionals etc. As Wellways significantly values the relationships clients and staff establish with volunteers, another variation of the wellness box is created only for them.

Wellways

A final variation of Wellways wellness boxes, the milestone boxes, which track individual client's progress and is given as a form of encouragement and reward.

Collins Street

An illustrative publication presenting Collins Street through utilizing different linear drawing techniques. In order to reflect the luxurious and elegant though somewhat isolated street, the harmonious contrasting of the rigid architectural structures and free-flowing human engagements effectively communicated with the audience the theme of modern societal influences: people are constantly evolving and adapting to new trends and lifestyles, but Melbourne has always been known for staying true to its roots, hence the preservation of historical architecture. The publication is designed in a manner where it can be appreciated as a work of art in itself.

Eggsquisite

A playful, minimal publication including recipes that only require one key ingredient: eggs. The design style of this publication reflects one of a poetry book, creating a strong contrast with the actual content. Limited use of colour further enhances the unique typographic elements.
