ZERO HUNGER

As of 2020, about 811 million people worldwide are facing hunger. Africa has the highest proportion of hungry people in the world. Due to the rapid population growth, serious food waste has caused food shortages in some areas, and these have directly led to people's hunger. I created a more exaggerated, ironic collage animation, which was my first collage animation work. I changed people’s heads into mouths, and compared people to edible “demons” to reflect the real and ugly faces of modern people.I hope people can resonate and reflect through watching the collage animation, and realize that while they waste food, they open the door to hell for those who are hungry.

Tasmanian Devil

The Tasmanian devil is a unique animal - it is the world’s largest surviving carnivorous marsupial and is found only in Australia’s island state of Tasmania. Now, the number of Tasmanian demons is falling sharply. They have been suffering enormously through a rare contagious cancer - Devil Facial Tumour Disease (DFTD) - that has already wiped out an estimated 80 per cent of the wild population. In addition, the road killer - the car - became the second leading cause of the extinction of the Tasmanian devil.
