Hi, I’m Claire. I’m interested in branding, print design and digital illustrations.
For my studio project, I explored the issue of materialism negatively impacting our mental health. ‘The You-time Campaign’ aims to encourage audiences to seek happiness and life satisfaction through self-care. Sometimes, it can be difficult to organise time for ourselves due to our daily obligations. This campaign intends to bring positivity to audiences, and make self-care an enjoyable and easy process.

The You-time Campaign — Bingo Journal

A soft cover booklet printed at A6 size, can be easily carried around for users to complete challenges at any time. Personalised activities are labeled with a number for users to fill in their bingo table and circle each number as the user completes each activity. Users can give themselves flexible time limits for each challenge and practice self-care at their own pace. This engaging bingo journal invite users to keep track of their goals and commit to practicing self-care.

The You-time Campaign — Interactive Wall

A range of self-care questions allowing audiences to express themselves positively and inspire each other. The interactive wall provides an open space for audiences to share thoughts and offer different approaches to self-care. It also acts as a motivation and starting point towards practicing self-care. Coloured markers will be provided for audiences to write and draw creatively around the blank spaces.

The You-time Campaign — Resource Brochure

A 15x15cm tri-fold brochure printed on 240gsm coated paper. The resource brochure offers a wide range of non-materialistic resources and tools, including some potential self-care activities, inspiring Instagram accounts to follow, phone apps to support users practice self-care, further readings and more.

The You-time Campaign — Resource Brochure

Both the resource brochure and the bingo journal serve as a guiding tool to help audiences discover new interests and develop their own self-care routine.

UCHULAB — User Interface Design

UCHULAB is a monster creator game designed for five to twelve-year-old children. The game aims to enhance children’s imagination and creativity as they create their unique monsters. The use of bright colours to draw children’s interest and train their concentration. Through the home page with six circle icons, children can access all the monsters they have created and saved, complete missions, use their monsters to connect with friends, and access the monsters’ closet and store.

Memory Lane — Café Branding

A branding design for a café that seek to create a friendly, playful and heart-warming environment. The concept was inspired by a childhood memory — when I celebrated my first birthday at the kindergarten located next to a train station. The illustrations and the crayon-like brushstrokes reflect children’s drawings. The simplicity and pastel colours represent the innocence of children. The business card is printed on uncoated card paper in both turquoise and white. Glossed paper stock in 150gsm is used for the A5 tri-fold menu. Please visit my website for still images!
