SecondBite is a non-for-profit Australian food rescue organisation providing food to people across Australia. With this hypothetical rebranding of the organisation, it was essential to create a memorable, colourful, and cohesive identity. To represent SecondBite’s tone and values, the design’s typeface evokes this sense of friendliness through its round and organic form. This rebranding focuses on targeting a wide audience to educate and promote active engagement. The logo incorporates a bitten apple and arrows to represent the circular food cycle. It translates the need to rethink about food waste and recycling. It communicates how food should not become waste but fully used or eaten.

This educational animation is about the smallest and rarest bear, sun bears. It follows Sunny, the sun bear and what she likes to eat and do during the day. The purpose of the animation is to educate and promote active engagement to protect these bears. Specifically, to stop people hunting them and the deforestation of their homes.
