Hi! I am a current student at Monash University studying a Bachelor of Design and Business. Over the years, I have completed many projects as part of the studio classes as well as outside of University. As a designer I hold a love all sorts of design and creative work, but particularly have a passion for UX Design.

Alternativ
Alternativ, your one stop sustainable alternatives. An extension browser which helps you shop more environmentally consciously.

The studio
Through this studio I explored how design can help the user to reform and adapt new behaviours by interrupting their existing behaviour patterns.

The Problem Space
The problem space I explored were the issues of fast fashion and unconscious consumerism. In this case, looking at what prevents sustainable choice, how to get the user to think more consciously about the ethical and sustainable impacts of their choices and therefore how to make alternative choices.

New Patterns
The browser extension is a means of interrupting the user’s buyer behavior. The idea of the extension will change the pattern of buying solely from fast fashion brands. Slowly inserting the idea that other alternatives exist on the market, opening up the potential to purchase from other brands (local or niche brands)

Aesthetic and Structure
Design can communicate messages in different ways and changing this design can change how that message is communicated. This design communicates Airbnb through a different type of aesthetic yet, still maintains the same level of information despite the change in aesthetic and structure.

Survival App Redesign
This UI design is a part of my project ‘Don’t make me think’. Redesigning work that I had designed in my previous years, the project looks to improve UI design through the elements that come from the book ‘Don’t Make Me Think’ by Steve Krug. I studied and analysed the user's pain points to create a new interface solution that reimagines the survival app’s aesthetics
