For the general population who need easy and convenient recycling packaging, disposal of used packaging, and privacy protection on the packaging, Green Leaf is a packaging recycling service that protects the environment and protects privacy. Unlike ordinary courier companies, the product has a special recycling certification mechanism. Our point reward can attract consumers and merchants to use our packaging recycling system. At the same time, we will also protect user privacy and provide convenient door-to-door service. Customers will interact through our website and APP throughout our service process.

Regarding the client app, it mainly displays the four pages of the services that customers care about most, the order view page, the order tracking page, the recycling package page and the my points page. The homepage mainly shows two important functions, recycling packaging and express tracking. Customers can view the progress of the order and the contact information of the courier on the order page. Customers can view the map and specific logistics information on the order tracking page. In the recycling package page, customers need to fill in personal information to place an order. On the My Points page, customers can view their points details and exchange money.

Regarding the employee app, it mainly displays the order page, scanning the QR code and the customer information page. The homepage mainly shows two important functions, order checking and scanning function. Employees can view order details and customer contact information on the order page. Employees only need to scan the QR code on the package with the scanning function to obtain the complete information of the customer.

In the service blueprint, when a customer selects our services on the App or web page, the back-end system data will be sent to the express staff. Subsequently, the staff will efficiently complete the door-to-door service. In the background, there are APP supporting system support, order system, points system, warehouse intelligent picking system, express tracking system, and data sending system the background.

Who is Disappearing is an educational illustration publication, and its target audience is primary school children aged 9-12. The aim of the publication is to educate children to protect endangered animals by combining vivid and interesting illustrations and easy-to-understand text. This project mainly showcases endangered animals and protection measures in China. This is achieved through a 12-page illustrated publication.

Steamed Bunnies is an innovative Chinese bun restaurant I created. Our restaurants are all animal-shaped buns. I designed a series of commercial applications for Steamed Bunnies using the harmonious bright yellow and brown series combined with illustrations. The picture above is one of the publications in this series, the folded menu of our restaurant. Minimalist logo design is used for the menu cover, staff uniform, and external signage. Also, interesting illustrations and harmonious colors produce strong visual effects that attract customers. This series of commercial applications allow customers to fully understand that it is a simple and innovative Chinese breakfast restaurant.
